Products once delivered cannot be returned unless there's a verified manufacturing defect.

In case of a manufacturing defect:

• Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

📏 Size Confirmation:

• Standard Products: Check your bed/cot size against our chart before ordering.

• Custom Products: No return or exchange unless a defect is found.
